This Driver allocates devices to rooms according to the priority of the room.
For example, you have 3 sat receivers and 5 rooms.
Each room gets allocated a priority, 1 = highest.
The first 3 rooms to select Sat will each be allocated a box.
If a 4th room selects Sat, if it has a lower priority than any of the 3 rooms that are already using Sat, it won’t get allocated a box.
But if the 4th room has a higher priority than any of the 3 rooms, it will take the box that is being used by the lowest priority room.
